PLEASE note, you will need a valid driver’s license and registration to get into the community.

Please give me all the names of your guests, guest with vehicle so that I can call them in to the gated community prior to arrival.

The town of Tobyhanna, PA as a lot to offer. If you go outside the community and bear left into Route 196 will take you to all the attractions. Tobyhanna is in the center of it all.

A myriad of nature-filled activities awaits within a 20 Minutes of our location, you will be able to hike, enjoy water parks, lots of outdoor activity, exceptional performances of our theaters and concerts. Tours a living history museum, unwind at a brew pub in the afternoon and dine in an elegant restaurant in the evening. (not to mention Mt. Airy Casino) Ski or tubing the slopes of many resorts by day and relax at night. Browse countless antique shops or search for a bargain in our outlet stores. Stretch out on a sandy beach (in the community) at a lake or marvel at the sights. The choice is yours and the links on this page could open new doors to a memorable experience in the Poconos.

The primary heat will come from the propane heater and a propane fireplace. There is also electric heating in each room.

There are bed linens and towels for you to use. We also have Wi-Fi – the network name is X Davelba, and the password is lakeview – (you can use Netflix, Roku) and karaoke this info is also on a slip of paper in the kitchen. Please strip the beds you use and leave the sheets on top. You can give the keys to (me) John when you leave or leave. Also, please turn all thermostats down to 46 degrees, and turn off all of the lights. When you are ready to leave, please lock the door. We will send you your security deposit once we have had a chance to inspect the chalet.

The shoreline of the lake is owned by us therefore feel free to use the boats next door if you like. In the winter time, please be very cautious about ice on the cove – you may see ice fisherman out there but that does not mean it is completely safe – they are an adventurous lot.

As a general rule, you can check-in at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out at 12:00 (noon). But we flexible if need be….
